Club Penguin Private Servers

Eras

AS1 2005-2008

The original game. Old rooms, the first parties, the old catalog.

AS2 2008-2012

The one most of us grew up with. Classic map and all the big parties.

AS3 2012-2017

The newer client from the last few years of the game.

Custom

Uses the old game but adds its own rooms, items and events.

Sandbox

Offline, just you. Everything unlocked, no other players.

How you play

HTML5

Plays in any browser, phones too. Nothing to download.

Ruffle / Flash DL

Plays in the browser using Ruffle (a Flash emulator), or you can grab their desktop app.

Flash DL

You need to download the server's app, since browsers dropped Flash in 2021.

Flash browser

You need a special browser with Flash built in. The server gives you one.

How ratings work

• Safety30%
• Security25%
• Players25%
• Staff activity20%

Each server's score out of 10 is made from these four. If a server doesn't update very often it loses half a point.

Activity

How busy the server usually is.

Security

Checked from the outside: proper HTTPS, any known data leaks, how up to date the server software is and how sign-ups are protected.

Safety

Chat filter, moderation and how reports get handled.

Ratings are our best judgement from public info and playing, not a full security audit.

Staying safe

1. Use a different password. These servers are run by volunteers, so never use a password you use somewhere else.
2. Only download from the server's own site. Don't open files people send you in chat.
3. Staff won't ask for your password. Anyone offering free coins or membership for it is scamming you.
