Club Penguin Horizon

About Club Penguin Horizon

A French-only remake of AS2-era Club Penguin rewritten in HTML5, so you play it straight in the browser, phones included. It's completely free with no ads, and it runs the classic party calendar with pins and free items.

Club Penguin Horizon is a French server that recreates the AS2 version of Club Penguin. The game was rewritten in HTML5 (the play page loads the Yukon client on Phaser), so there's nothing to download and it works in a normal browser. It also runs on phones, and the site tells you to turn your phone sideways and go fullscreen for the best experience.

Work on it started on July 20, 2025. A first version called Club Penguin HTML5 FR went up on July 29, 2025 for a few days, then the project came back on August 26, 2025 as Club Penguin Horizon with a new website. The owner is Flopinou.

The site says it's fully free-to-play with no ads and no other way of making money, and it uses no third-party cookies or tracking. Chat has a language filter and active moderation, and you can report or block another penguin from their player card. Everything on the site and in the game is in French, so it's mainly for French speakers.

Since launch it has kept up a steady run of parties: Halloween, a Club Penguin 20th Anniversary party, Rockhopper visits, Winter Fiesta, April Fools, a Penguin Cup, its own 1st Anniversary in 2026 and a Fair in October 2026. Fan YouTubers like Miloud4 post tours of most of them.

Who runs it

Owned by Flopinou. Garyperper built the Redeem a Code feature.

Parties and updates

Parties follow the old Club Penguin calendar and come every month or two. Recent ones: Halloween 2025 (with a costume contest hosted by Danou), Club Penguin's 20th Anniversary, a Rockhopper visit with the Migrator, Winter Fiesta, April Fools 2026, Penguin Cup 2026, Horizon's 1st Anniversary in 2026 and the Fair in October 2026. New pins and free items show up with most of them, and news goes out on Discord and Twitter.

Is Club Penguin Horizon safe?

Club Penguin Horizon has a chat filter and some moderation, but it can be hit or miss. It's fine for most players, just use the report button if something's off. Its security looks okay from the outside, but it's missing a few extras the best servers have. Like with any CPPS, use a password you don't use anywhere else.

How to play Club Penguin Horizon

Club Penguin Horizon runs in your browser, so there's nothing to download. Make an account on cphorizon.fr and hit Play. It works on phones and tablets too. Heads up, the game and community are mostly in French.
