About CPPS.to
One of the oldest Club Penguin private servers still online, running since late 2011 with five languages and a pile of chat commands for free items and coins. It's very quiet now, so it's more of a place to poke around than a busy town.
CPPS.to says it was started in 2011 by a small group of developers who wanted a safe place for CPPS players. The CPPS wiki puts the launch at December 2, 2011, and lists it as an AS3 Flash server. The homepage still calls it the world's #1 CPPS and talks about 600 active users a day, but that text is years old.
The live stats feed tells the real story. In October 2026 it showed about 2.45 million accounts ever made, but only 151 people had logged in during the past 30 days and 6 were online at once. The CPPS wiki says most of the few players online are bots.
The game is free and runs on 11 worlds split across English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German. Most of the fun is in the commands: you can add any item, furniture or stamp, give yourself coins, jump to any room, clone someone's outfit and more. Some extras like name glow, bubble colors, walk on walls and speed are marked as paid features from the account manager or prizes from giveaways.
Who runs it
Administrators listed on the site are Nombox and GaToR. The moderator list includes Nepeta (also a developer), Route, Matty, Lily, Rony, Jennifer, Feary, Organa, Unethical, imLogan and Okasian. The list looks old.

!AI adds any clothing item, !AF adds furniture, !AS adds stamps and !AC gives you coins. !UP lets you wear items in any slot or dress up as mascots like Rockhopper.

!JR takes you to any room by ID or code name, including old party rooms, and !CLONE copies another player's outfit.
- Paid cosmetic commands
Name color and glow, chat bubble colors, walk on walls, penguin speed and custom penguin colors are listed as features bought in the manager or won in giveaways and contests.
- High scores
A public leaderboard tracks wins and losses in Find Four, Mancala, Sled Race, Treasure Hunt and Card-Jitsu.
- Live server stats
The stats page shows total and active accounts, players per world, login streaks and who has been online the most this day, week and month.

Is CPPS.to safe?
CPPS.to has a chat filter and some moderation, but it can be hit or miss. It's fine for most players, just use the report button if something's off. Security is rated low, which means it's missing some of the basics we check for, like proper HTTPS, up to date software or a protected sign-up. It doesn't get updated very often, so bugs and problems can stick around for a while. Like with any CPPS, use a password you don't use anywhere else.

How to play CPPS.to
CPPS.to needs a special browser with Flash built in, which you can get from cpps.to. Only download it from their own site, never from a link someone sends you.
